How do I restore my purchase?

Open the unlock screen (in Profile, tap Free trial, or it appears when your trial ends) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

My progress didn't come back on a new device

Progress syncs through your own iCloud. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud and that iCloud is on for Magyar Up in Settings › your name › iCloud, then open the app and wait a minute.

I forgot my profile PIN

On the profile screen, tap Forgot PIN?. After you confirm with your iPhone's Face ID, Touch ID or passcode, you can set a new PIN.

Speaking games don't hear me

Check that Magyar Up has Microphone and Speech Recognition access in Settings › Magyar Up. Recognition runs on the device, so the first use may take a moment while iOS downloads Hungarian.

My audio walk stops when I lock my phone

Walks are built to keep going with the screen locked. If one stops, check that your earbuds are connected and that Low Power Mode isn't limiting the app, then start the walk again from Home › Audio walk.

Siri doesn't recognise “Magyar Up” commands

Open the app once after installing; Siri can take a few minutes to learn the phrases. Then check Settings › Apps › Magyar Up › Siri. See all Siri commands.
